Its homes provide a nurturing, stable environment that stimulate and encourage greater independence and flexibility. Its expertise in Asperger's syndrome is further cemented by leading clinical psychologist Dr Shripati Upadhyaya who is an expert in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and holistic treatment. Dr Shri is supported by a full-time assistant psychologist who works to support staff team members in the very specialised approach to service users on a case by case basis.
All care plans are developed on an individual basis with input, where possible, from service users and their family.
