Nigel's Story
Nigel came to the Mews in 2004 after being supported at Bethany House: another of Franklin Homes' care facilities. Nigel benefits from the calm and tranquil location.
He used to become very frustrated at not being able to express himself but through building a strong relationship with the staff, Nigel now enjoys taking part in group activities such as art classes, games and exercising.
We track his developments and set attainable targets – the next of which is to manage his own shopping and budget, and gain wider access in the community.
