Andrew Gregory

Andrew

Andrew came to The Mews in 2001 suffering from Autism Spectrum Disorder, challenging behaviour, epilepsy and limited speech.

He was previously admitted to a psychiatric unit for assessment regarding aggressive behavioural problems and sleep disturbances.

It was decided The Mews could provide a stable home environment and he has greatly improved, feeling safe and secure in his surroundings.

Andrew has two-to-one care around the clock care and we encourage him to be independent. He now enjoys taking part in activities such as swimming, gardening where he has his own greenhouse, and going to the pub for a meal.

Andrew thrives when he is given responsibility and helping others. He assists in The Mews' daily routine as much as possible.
