Hi and welcome to Sunningdale. Sunningdale is a large Victorian house situated on a leafy Harrogate street with its own gardens.

Acquired by Franklin Homes in 1993, the home caters for 12 service users with varying mental health issues including schizophrenia, depression and paranoia. Its staff are committed to providing individual support based on clients' tailored care plans and goals.

The home has three kitchens - enabling those who want to self cater to make their own meals - as well as a laundry room. Clients are also encouraged to interact socially with regular buffet evenings and birthday celebrations where friends and family are welcomed along.
